Dr. Milpha Blamo serves as the Vice President of Talent and Culture at The Minneapolis Foundation, bringing over two decades of leadership experience across nonprofit management, human resources, and organizational development. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and culture transformation. Dr. Blamo is deeply committed to bridging professional practice with academic inquiry, drawing from her field experience to enrich her teaching. As an educator, she helps students cultivate self-awareness and leadership capacity, emphasizing how individual leadership influences teams, systems, and communities. Her teaching philosophy centers on reflection, inclusion, and continuous growth. She is honored to contribute to the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) program, where the curriculum’s modern and relevant approach to leadership aligns closely with her passion for developing adaptive, equity-minded leaders.
